The Safety 1st Grow and Go All-in-One received an overall score of 56, ranking it 20th out of 21 in our testing. While it is lightweight and inexpensive, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious parents, the car seat suffers from significant installation challenges, particularly with its hook-style LATCH connectors. The crash test analysis yielded mixed results, with notably high HIC sensor readings that detracted from its safety performance. Given these limitations, we recommend considering other models that offer better ease of use and crash test results for a slightly higher price.
